How long does your development process take?
From kickoff to launch, most projects take 4-12 weeks depending on complexity. Simple brochure sites take 4-6 weeks. E-commerce stores take 8-12 weeks. Custom web applications take 12-24 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.
How involved do I need to be during development?
We need your input at key milestones: requirements gathering (week 1), design review (week 2-3), content delivery, and pre-launch review. Expect 2-4 hours per week of involvement. We handle everything else.
What if I want changes after launch?
We include a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments. For ongoing changes, we offer maintenance plans starting at $150/month. Larger feature additions are scoped and quoted separately.
Do you provide training on the finished website?
Yes. Every project includes a training session where we walk you through the CMS, content editing, and any custom features. We also provide written documentation and video tutorials for reference.
What happens if I am not happy with the design?
We include 2 rounds of revisions at the design stage, before any code is written. 98% of our projects are approved within 2 rounds. If we cannot reach alignment, we offer a full refund of the design phase.
How do you handle communication during the project?
You get a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. We use structured communication via email and project management tools, with weekly progress updates and milestone reviews. Urgent issues are handled via direct message or phone.
